I had a great experience with CCJD. I arrived there by requesting a quote on a Town and Country through TrueCar.com. Michael Pendergraft and Harry Dew helped me find a T&C with my very specific requirements and I was satisfied with the price as well. The key to this experience was that I was able to communicate via email (easier on my busy schedule) and Michael/Harry *listened* to my requirements and searched very hard for the vehicle we wanted. This is in stark contrast to the folks at Autopark Chrysler who barely listened, searched half-heartedly, and pushed configurations we had no interest in. (How many times do I need to tell them "no black seats"??) I did not actually test drive a CCJD (we test drove at Autopark) but after the sale Michael took some extra time to show us the ins and outs of our minivan. All in all a good buying experience. If Garner is convenient to you this is the best Chrsyler dealership in your area.
