Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge

I had an appointment yesterday with Ken L. to test drive a vehicle that I was interested in. My wife and I have been shopping for the past couple of months and were planning on making a purchase within the next 4 weeks. Everybody in this business met me with a smile and a handshake. Ken went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He made every effort to make sure I was completely satisfied with the entire experience. I walked in for the first time, and within a couple of hours, was on my way home with a new 2013 Dodge Durango. From Ken, to Mike (sales manager), to Curtis (Financing) the entire transaction was seamless and pain free and pressure free. They even delivered the vehicle back to my house in Greenville, and were more than happy to add that service with a smile. I look forward to many more years of business with these folks.
